Beyond that, the device is very adjustable to fit the desired level of intensity. Lastly, the education page has a video that explains how to begin, as well as how to carefully progress to more advanced levels.
Absolutely, we offer the two roller sizes that have been proven to be most effective. Provided you select the beginner roller to start with – You can always purchase the more advanced roller, and simply change them on the device. It only requires a quick unbolt and re-bolt, that should only take a couple of minutes. Therefore, you can also accommodate different users in the same household as well.
